Civilization Rights Institute Chapter at Badr University Egypt

A significant milestone was achieved on January 26, 2026, at Badr University in Cairo, where a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Badr University in Cairo and the Civilization Rights Institute (USA).
Through this partnership, the first chapter of the institute in Egypt—CRI@BUC (Civilization Rights Institute Chapter at Badr University in Cairo)—was officially announced.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Hassan El-Kalla, Chairman of BUC’s Board of Trustees, and Prof. Ahmed Rashed, Founding President of the Civilization Rights Institute.
This partnership opens the door for establishing additional CRI chapters across Egypt and globally, supporting the institutionalization of Civilization Rights and the scientific foundations of Civilizology.
