The Institute as a Neutral Convener
The Civilization Rights Institute (CRI) acts as the secretariat and scientific backbone for the Alliance. While the Alliance is a distinct body of its members, the CRI provides:
- The scientific framework of Civilizology to ground the Alliance’s work.
- Organizational support and coordination for Alliance initiatives.
- Neutral, third-party governance to ensure all members have a voice.
