How am I compensated for projects?

You set your own professional rates. Civi World provides standardized, CRRS-compliant contract templates and a secure payment system. We take a small, transparent commission from the client’s side on completed projects to fund the platform and the Institute.

Who owns the intellectual property of my work?

You do. Our framework is designed to protect your IP. For licensing agreements, the terms are made clear upfront, ensuring you are in full control of how your knowledge and creations are used.

Do I have to accept every project invitation?

Not at all. You have complete autonomy to accept or decline any project based on your interest, availability, and whether it aligns with your values.

What is the time commitment to be part of the network?

There is no minimum time commitment. Once you have your CIVI ID, you can engage with projects as your schedule allows. Some experts consult on multiple projects a year, while others may only take on one.
