The Institute

Our missionand how we pursue it.

A U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit scientific and research institution dedicated to the provisions and principles of the Universal Declaration of Civilization Rights.

Mission

Applying the Declaration in the world.

Applying the provisions and principles of the Universal Declaration of Civilization Rights through research and education, advocacy, consultations, project implementation, innovation, partnerships, and alliances — for the sustainability and resilience of communities of human civilizations in their original environments.

Vision

Sustaining human civilizations in their original environments by respecting, protecting, and fulfilling their rights, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Civilization Rights.

Our Three Pillars

Principles. Framework. Application.

01
Principles

The Universal Declaration

The foundational articles establishing the material and moral rights of every civilization.

02
Framework

Civilizology

The science tracing the roots of civilization rights and the processes that generate civilizational outcomes.

03
Application

Civilization Resilience

The framework carrying civilizations, and their rights, beyond 2030.

Strategy

Six commitments that drive our work.

01

Grow

A global alliance and network of institutional partners, experts, sponsors, and advocates supporting civilization rights.

02

Advance

A comprehensive scientific body of knowledge — Civilizology — covering all aspects of civilization rights.

03

Create

Channels — events, forums, conferences, documentaries, media — to exchange ideas and educate the public.

04

Democratize

Access to resources and transparent information on the status of civilization rights worldwide, through a global technology platform.

05

Implement

Grassroots projects and initiatives creating resilient environments and communities capable of maintaining their heritage.

06

Advise

Museums, cultural institutions, governments, international organizations, and policymakers on their responsibilities toward civilization rights.

Our Commitment

Independent. Scientific. For every civilization.

CRI’s goals are centered on research, education, community welfare, and the rights of all civilizations — past, present, and future. We do not support, participate in, or intervene in any political campaign, and we do not take a stand or discriminate on the basis of political orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity, or ideology.
