A new civilizational model is emerging from Upper Egypt—one that places youth, identity, and knowledge at the center of Egypt’s future. As Founder of the Civilization Rights Institute and architect of Civilizology and the Global Charter for Civilization Rights, I am proud to collaborate with Sand Youth of Upper Egypt to build long-term pathways that empower young Egyptians, strengthen cultural identity, and expand civilizational awareness in alignment with Egypt’s national vision for youth development and heritage protection.
As part of this partnership, I will be delivering an introductory seminar titled:
“Civilization Rights: How Do Young People Envision the Future of Identity and Development in Egypt?”
📅 Saturday, 28 February 2026
🕘 9:00 PM Cairo Time
📍 Zoom
Participants will also have the opportunity to receive an accredited certificate from the Civilization Rights Institute by submitting a personal reflection titled:
“How Do I See Civilization Rights in My Life?”
This collaboration reflects our shared belief that Upper Egypt is not only a geographic region—it is a living civilizational model capable of shaping a new generation of conscious, empowered, and future driven youth.
